26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in the Bikram Method. Each pose is performed twice for maximum therapeutic benefit. The foundation class for beginners through advanced practicitioners. 105 degrees, 90 minutes.

Pure 40 Heated Hatha

Deepen your beginning practice with 40 therapeutic postures in the Ghosh Yoga tradition, including salutations and arm balances. No experience required. 100 degrees, 90 minutes.

PURE 84 CLASSIC 84 ASANAS

84 postures in the Ghosh Yoga tradition, including inversions and advanced asanas. PURE 40 experience required. 100+ degrees, 120 minutes.

Pressed for time? Try our NEW Hot Hour class. The same 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises from out PURE 26 class in a condensed format. Our HOTTEST class! 105+ degrees, 60 minutes.

Donation Based Pure 26: Bikram Method Beginning Class

Suggested Donation: $15 (includes mat and towel rental)

Minimum Donation: $10(mat and towel rental extra)

Attend these weekly donation-based classes benefitting PURE Yoga. Give the gift of yoga to yourself and to those served through PURE Yoga.
