The SNG yoga class is a challenging, energizing exercise. Standing postures get your heart rate up. Low impact makes it safe for your joints. In the allocated time you will work the body inside out, from bones to skin, fingertips to toes.

SNG hour & SNG 90 consist of the same 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises to systematically work your body, and are both practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees. The practice helps develop body awareness, strengthen the mind, heal the body, and improve focus and concentration.

 

SNG PLUS is a fun class with flowing sequences, hip openers and basic arm balances. Low impact makes it safe for your joints. Added heat brings up your heart rate. 90 minutes fly by when you're having fun!

The class consists of 40 postures and is practiced in a room heated to 100 degrees. The practice helps strengthen the core, create flexibility, develop body awareness, and improve your focus and concentration.

 

ADVANCED HOT YOGA is the most comprehensive system of the Hatha yoga asana practice, including salutations, arm balances, inversions, and advanced asanas practiced in a room heated to 100 degrees. 

The practice of these 84 asanas will not only challenge your entire body and mind, but will leave you feeling like a champ! Not for the faint of heart.
