Flo For Kids with Julie

A nurturing and safe place for students ages 3-10, to explore how our bodies move and to connect with our own inner awareness.

We will play with rhythms, stories and movement to begin a journey of embodiment and creative expression. Yogic mantra and asana will be incorporated into our movement stories.

We will move, create and connect Saturdays 2-3:30pm (May 7, 14, 28 and June 4, 11, 18) in the upstairs studio at the Pure Yoga Texas downtown location (506 Oakland Ave). This is a 6 week package for $275 with a $75 deposit required by April 23. Snacks will be provided and please be prepared to bring a yoga mat and water for your child.

There will be a yoga class during this timeframe in the main room which parents and guardians are welcome to participate in (separate cost associated).

Please contact sam@pureyogatexas.com if you are interested and she will provide additional information on paying your deposit and signing up.
