Prepare for your First Hot Yoga Class!
- Hydrate starting the day before your first class! Not only water but also replenish your electrolytes.
- Practice on an empty stomach. Have your last meal no less than 3 hours before class time
- Gather your gear. Bring a yoga mat and a large bath/beach towel. Wear cool comfortable workout clothing, and most importantly, bring a large bottle of water!
- Don’t miss our opening deep breathing exercise! Double-check the class time and plan to arrive early (10-15 minutes) to get acquainted with our studio.
- Our staff and teachers will take great care of you. Just breath and have fun!
