Class TYPES

The classic, beginner-friendly Hot 26+2 class is the foundation for all hot yoga students, regardless of age, ability or experience. It delivers maximum therapeutic benefit. Whether you are working through injuries, health conditions, or want an athletic performance boost, this class is for you!

105 degrees, 90 minutes

Pressed for time? The original Hot 26+2 class, but with only one set of most of the postures, will leave you feeling completely refreshed. Get the jump-start you need in only one hour.

105 degrees, 60 minutes

Elevate your practice with flowing sequences and basic arm balances, but at a comfortable learning pace. Activate your core. Free up your hips and your mind! Class is open to all students ready for a fun challenge!

100 degrees, 90 minutes.

Transform your entire body and strengthen your core. Thousands of practitioners have found IHP to be a great complement to their hot yoga practice. It is an amazing heated workout to music, based on Pilates principles and high intensity interval training.  

95 degrees, 60 minutes

The most comprehensive system of the hatha yoga asana practice, including salutations, arm balances, inversions, and advanced asanas. It will not only challenge your entire body and mind, but leave you feeling like a champ! Not for the faint of heart.

100 degrees, 2 hours
