Charles Maclnerney:

Charles has practiced yoga for 50 years. In 1989 he founded Expanding Paradigms through which he began teaching yoga full time, publishing a newsletter, and presenting at Regional, National and International Conferences. In addition to his regular public yoga classes, Charles has extensive experience integrating yoga into hospitals, corporations, universities, and government agencies. Charles is the founder of and has written articles for a variety of magazines including the Yoga Journal and has written and contributed to several books on yoga. He offers workshops at yoga studios around the country, leads retreats worldwide, and is a co-founder of the Texas Yoga Retreat.

Robert Boustany:

Robert Boustany is a physicist that has been teaching yoga for 52 years and practicing for 60+ years. He is known for a detailed understanding of the anatomy and physiology of yoga poses, and often gives energetic, and therapeutic reasons for alignment, sequencing, and insights into a deeper physiologic basis linked into emotional and subtle elements. Robert also has extensive experience scientifically in a clinical setting on addiction, psychological, and learning disorders that will provide practical value to the offering. What to expect:

Charles (Asana Practice & Dharana Workshop), practice collection or concentration of the mind (joined with the retention of breath) in union with your asana practice to reach new levels of focus and steadfastness.

Robert (Yoga Therapy), functional care and positioning of the hips, back, knees and feet in the daily life and meditation 

This will include an interactive portion (toward resolving extant problems of the attendees) with Q&A

Charles (8 Limbs of Yoga)

Robert (Meditation & Mindfulness Breathing), classical Aham Graha meditation and mindfulness breathing on space (referring to the heart chakra)

1:15 - 1:30pm Break

1:30 - 2:30pm Concentration Talk

2:30 - 3:30pm Break

3:30 - 5:30pm Yoga Therapy with Question & Answer

5:30 - 6:00pm Break

6:00 - 7:30pm 8 Limbs of Yoga with Meditation & Mindfulness Breathing
