YIN YOGA CLASSES AT PURE

Deep relaxation without added heat. A wildly popular way to balance the "yang" of Hot Yoga with the "yin" of this restorative yoga class. Bring a bolster, block, or blanket and prepare to hold postures for up to 5 minutes to work deeply into connective tissue. 80 degrees, 60 minutes.
