Wellness Workshop with Lauren

This 30-minute Wellness Workshop is designed to give you the tools you need to support your yoga practice and an active lifestyle.

We push our bodies to the limit during class, both physically and mentally, so it is important to properly fuel and hydrate ourselves to make the most of our practice! During the workshop, we’ll be covering the following topics:

  • Using holistic health to promote your daily yoga practice

  • How nutrition & lifestyle can impact energy & fatigue

  • Hydration + nutrition tips for before/after class

Nutrition is an individual journey and can look different for everyone. To make the most of this workshop, we invite you to submit any nutrition or wellness questions you have in advance for the Q&A portion! Questions can be sent to hello@laurenaustinwellness.com
