Foundations and Building Blocks to Success!
YES, our Foundation Classes (Original Hot Yoga 60, 75, and 90 minute formats) are challenging, but in the process you prove to yourself that you can do hard things! Create a goal to practice these 2-3 times per week to create resilience and a strong mind. When you do it, you know what success feels like!
Add 1 or 2 of our “Building Block Classes” per week to challenge your strength, core and cardio fitness; keys to longevity and health span. Try Inferno Hot Pilates, Strength, Yoga HIIT and Sculpt, or find your flow with our Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore mornings and Led Classes) or our heated Vinyasa Yoga classes.
Whatever class you choose, you will step off your mat feeling empowered, transformed, and rejuvenated. You’ll be welcomed and in great company with each day’s gathering of like-minded people. A community like no other. We practice together to be better off the yoga mat.

"Original Hot Yoga" has been researched and studied extensively and found to reduce cardiovascular disease risk, diabetes, depression and anxiety, to help lose weight, recover from injuries (back, neck, shoulder, knee), and boost athletic performance. In fact, you'll see professional athletes practicing side by side with mothers, grandfathers, corporate execs and college students; everyone doing their personal best!

Nowadays, every Hot Yoga Studio has a 60-minute version of the Original Hot Yoga (26+2 sequence). Ours is simply the BEST! In only one hour, your heart will be pumping and you’ll feel as energized and rejuvenated in our “Super Sixty” as you would in the traditional 90-minute Hot 90. Great for those pressed for time…

Getting fit is fun! Join us for a challenging, on-the-mat workout, and get ready to see fast results from the after-burn with Inferno Hot Pilates! Experience a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class using Pilates principles and make your workouts fun with great music playlists. We heat the room to 100 degrees to pump up your heart rate and level-up the intensity! Low impact moves make it safe for your joints and are great for all people no matter your age or condition. Bring on more with resistance bands and weights in our Inferno Strength class. 60 minutes fly by when you're having fun!
Sculpt, Strength, and Stretch! Fire up your fitness with our heated, full-body workout classes. Hot Yoga HIIT, Yoga Sculpt and Cardio Boxing. All are low impact and high-intensity, combining different yoga systems with fitness modalities to ensure that you get the best of all worlds. These classes leave you feeling empowered and energized for the rest of your day.

Connecting vinyasa flow with hatha yoga flow not only makes this class dynamic in movement, but also demands full concentration and mind-body connectedness. Gain strength and flexibility while you flow through this sequence of postures with vinyasas developed by Pattabhi Jois from Mysore, India. Ashtanga Yoga is often referred to as the foundation of nearly all “power” and “vinyasa flow” styles of yoga asana practice. Expect hands-on assists to help you deepen your practice. “Led Classes” are 75 or 90 minutes long, where you experience the rhythmic flow of the practice together as a group. “Mysore-style Practices” are open morning sessions where you expand your personal Ashtanga Yoga practice with the guidance of the instructor. Classes are non-heated as you increase internal heat through your ujjayi breath!
