Emotional Freedom Technique is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. EFT is also referred to as “tapping” or psychological acupressure. EFT can be utilized for anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, trauma, physical pain, phobias, and general life stressors. We have certain places on our bodies that meridians channel energy and by tapping on these points we gain back our balance, flow, clarity, and creativity. This is an intimate beginner workshop for anyone who is interested in learning more about this healing modality. In this trusting space, dive into your authentic emotions while gaining knowledge on the basic scientific principles behind EFT.

Tracilyn is a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, Advanced EFT Practitioner, and performance artist. She works clinically in behavioral health and recovery. She began her journey into yoga and healing in 2007 while dealing with addiction, anxiety and chronic insomnia. Over time she has acquired the tools to support her own unique issues and is passionate about holding sacred space while helping others do the same.
