HOT YOGA CLASSES AT PURE (90, 75 and 60 Minutes)

Hot Yoga 90: This classic, beginner-friendly Hot Yoga class is the foundation for all hot yoga students, regardless of age, ability, or experience. Repetition of this standardized sequence of postures builds focus, determination, and patience in the practitioner. Whether you are working through injuries, health conditions, or want an athletic performance boost, this class is for you! 105 degrees, 90 minutes.

Hot Yoga 75: The original Hot Yoga class. Two sets of every posture with faster paced set-ups and efficient savasanas in-between postures make it extra challenging, but a complete hot yoga practice! 105 degrees, 75 minutes.

Hot Yoga Hour: Pressed for time? Go through the series doing most postures once! This shortened version of the original Hot Yoga class will leave you feeling completely refreshed. Get the jump start you need in only one hour. 105 degrees, 60 minutes.
