Super Sixty: Transport yourself as you mindfully “flow” through the Original Hot Yoga (26 set postures) at a comfortable pace. Effectively work through 2 sets of all 26 postures in only one hour. This class format builds more internal body heat, leaving you feeling euphoric and energized. A natural high!
