Inferno Hot Pilates is not like your regular pilates! Experience a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class using Pilates principles and make your workout dreams come true! HOT YOGA PLUS & ADVANCED CLASS

The 84 Advanced Class is one of the most comprehensive systems of hatha yoga asana practice, including salutations, arm balances, inversions, and many advanced asana sequences. It will challenge your body and mind and will leave you feeling like a champ!

To ease into the Advanced class, you can start with our PLUS or Ashtanga classes to elevate your practice with flowing sequences, hip openers and basic arm balances, at a comfortable learning pace. Activate your core and free up your hips and mind! Our PLUS class is open to all students ready for a fun challenge!

HEAL IT! with HOT YOGA THERAPY

Many modern day injuries, including back, neck, shoulder and knee injuries, can be alleviated through hot yoga. Increased circulation to joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons improves range of motion and removal of scar tissue.

How to Prepare

ULTIMATE RELAXATION WITH YIN YOGA

 

This slow-paced style of yoga will have you hold postures for longer periods of time, even up to 5 minutes! Instead of pushing to your edge, you soften it up to apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

We'll dim the lights and turn off the heat for you to relax completely. It's on our regular schedule at Dallas and at various times/locations in Austin. Give it a try!
