The 84 Advanced Class is one of the most comprehensive systems of hatha yoga asana practice, including salutations, arm balances, inversions, and many advanced asana sequences. It will challenge your body and mind and will leave you feeling like a champ!

To ease into the Advanced class, you can start with our PLUS, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa classes to elevate your practice with flowing sequences, hip openers and basic arm balances, at a comfortable learning pace. Sharan Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga holding postures for longer periods of time, even up to 5 minutes! Softening up to apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body will increase circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

We also have many guided meditations from 5 to 30 minutes in length to help you wake up, fall asleep, focus, or relax.
