Kids Yoga and Mindfulness with Ashley Rae
IT’S NEVER TOO EARLY TO BUILD MINDFULNESS, SELF-ESTEEM, AND A STRONG, HEALTHY BODY!
Share your love of yoga with your kids as they develop self-esteem, improve focus, and learn how to control their bodies. Ashley Rae, yoga teacher and mom of 2, will guide the children through movement to prepare them for practicing a seated meditation followed by yoga and play.
Parents - take the Hot 90 class in the main studio at 10am OR drop off your kids & run errands or grab a coffee!
Ages 4-7 as well as non-members welcome!
