We often carry the weight of emotions, grief, trauma, pain, and anger within our bodies. These heavy and painful feelings, if not released, can manifest as health issues such as anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, chronic stress, insomnia, and so much more. The connection between our body and mind is profound, and caring for our mental health is essential for everyone.

Join Shaina Singh, LCSW-S, CST, an experienced psychotherapist, certified sex therapist, and yogi for over fifteen years, for a transformative workshop designed to help you release these burdens through body movements, breath, and sound. In this brave and supportive space, you will examine, express, and release your deep, stuck emotions in the body. Through a blend of therapeutic techniques and body-based exercises, you'll learn to unlock and release the emotional pain stored within, allowing for profound healing and a renewed sense of peace in your body and heart.

What to expect: body-focused releases involving movement, breathing, and sound

What to wear: loose, comfortable clothing, yoga clothes, something you can move and feel comfortable in.

Other things to know: This is a non-heated class; bring your yoga mat and water.
