I took my first Bikram class in 2014, and I absolutely hated it. But for some strange reason, I kept coming back. In 2021 I developed a consistent practice and fell in love with all the health and mental benefits I started to receive. As a former ballet dancer I loved the intensity and discipline this type of yoga provides. I decided to take the teacher training in the Summer 2024 not only to better my own personal practice but also to allow me to teach and share this yoga I love so much with others.
Fun Fact: My dad was an Olympic gymnast.
