I am a yoga therapist and group movement facilitator who has studied and practiced yoga for 20 years. I am skilled in generating mindfulness through movement and guiding bodies through more proficient movement patterns. I teach all levels and body types. My classes are designed to both challenge and support those who are interested in learning about themselves and how they can show up optimally in the roles of their lives. 

Fun Fact: I used to be a Disney princess (who would believe it!?)
