Kathy
Kathy’s journey as a leader in health and fitness began over 30 years ago while attending the University of Texas at Austin where she led group exercise classes at UT as well as over 20 local gyms and fitness studios while acquiring her Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting. Her speciality and intense passion has always been influencing and changing lifestyles. Kathy quotes "I try to find ways to sneak activity and fitness into the daily routines of my clients, through sport, adventure, dance and even identifying adventurous vacations that help further develop the love for fitness and challenge."
Kathy is also a Personal Trainer and has been a member of Pure Yoga Texas for over 15 years, and you will see her in classes 4-5 times a week. She is teaching a new format at Pure that focuses on Strength and Resistance Training, and she would love for you to approach her anytime to ask about this new class "Super Circuit Training".
