The first time I took a yoga class it was to fulfill a PE requirement in college.  It was a revelation to me that exercise could be nurturing, relaxing, and not competitive!  Since that time I’ve returned to my mat again and again as a source of strength,courage and peace in my life.  I’ve explored and trained in many types of yoga and especially love the intensity of the 26 and 2 sequence.  I’ve also trained in Yoga Sculpt and find that adding some strategic weight training to our practice can create a fun and powerful edge to the practice.

Fun Fact:  I love to bake and made my own wedding cake!
