I started practicing Bikram yoga in 2000 in Dallas. At the time I owned and operated a natural/integrative healing practice. I helped people with pain management, injury recovery and overall body and health maintenance. The yoga became a huge part of my own self-care at that time. The more I practiced the more I discovered it’s profound healing benefits. I went to teacher training in spring of 2002. I saw the 26 and 2 as another healing modality I could put into practice for myself and my clients. My relationship with this yoga has grown deeper with every year. I am happy and humbled by every class I take and every class I teach.

Fun Fact: Currently, in addition to teaching, I make art, practice esthetics, practice TM, and write - all with deep gratitude.
