Breathing - practices for smoothing and harmonizing our breathing patterns for better health, clarity and focus.
Breathwork - practice for improved self regulation, vitality and exploring altered states of consciousness.
Meet Carter Miles
I didn’t realize this when I found yoga, but I was deeply searching for something to help me feel better… Happier, healthier, more present, more alive, more myself. Yoga gave me that. I loved how it made me feel and was immediately hooked in. I recognized the power in the practice and have devoted myself to better understanding the science behind it.
To me, Yoga is a practice for living better. This means reconnecting to ourselves, healing old wounds (both physical and psychological), developing our strengths and becoming the person we have the potential to be. As a teacher I aim to help my yogis slow down, get back into their bodies and explore that uncomfortable edge where growth happens.
