This relaxed class provides a well-rounded exploration of yoga’s key elements, with classical yoga poses followed by breathwork and meditation. The sequence is optimized to calm the nervous system, clear energetic blocks, and transcend the monkey mind. After class, students have the option to stay for guided small group discussions that delve into various aspects of yoga philosophy. Regular attendance is encouraged!
Flow & Philosophize sessions are 90 minutes each and are held on the following Sundays from 10-11:30am in the Tree House at the Downtown Austin location:
Meet Nino
Nino Rex is a New York native who has embraced Austin as her home since 2020. With over a dozen years of experience exploring yogic techniques from traditions like hatha, ashtanga, and vipassana, and having completed 600+ hours of teacher training, Nino has finely honed her skill in helping students achieve their next breakthroughs in the practice. She works as a software engineer during the day and encourages practicing yoga with an empirical mindset.
