Kid’s Yoga at PURE Yoga Dallas

IT’S NEVER TOO EARLY TO BUILD MINDFULNESS, SELF-ESTEEM, AND A STRONG, HEALTHY BODY!

Ready to enjoy your morning? They practice while you practice. You can take the Hot 90 class (click here to register), take the morning off, run errands, do whatever you like while our team of incredible teachers (and moms) share Yoga with your little loved one(s).

In addition to Yoga, your children will enjoy:
