Ashtanga for Life with Ricky Tran - Intro to Ashtanga Primary/Elementary Series

  • PURE Yoga Dallas 6333 East Mockingbird Lane Dallas, TX, 75214 United States (map)

Challenge your strength, endurance, flexibility and agility through an introduction of Ashtanga Primary Series for beginners and beyond.

There will be a short discussion followed by a steady guided practice through the standing postures. Then we will mindfully practice through the Primary Series (seated) with interruptions to explore modifications for every level. We will NOT spend a lot of time on the closing/inversions in this workshop. Recommended to have 6 months vinyasa experience or able to perform sun salutations without trouble.
