A steady practice came to me after a skydiving accident that shattered the left side of my body, landing me in a wheelchair. It was through a dedicated meditation practice that I gained the energy and motivation to start moving again. I spent the next year practicing vinyasa and bikram hot yoga, which ultimately cleared me of all physical limitations and mental and emotional blockages. After gaining full mobility, strength and mental clarity through yoga and meditation, I wish to share such healing practices to help guide students toward a deeper understanding of the self and reveal unlimited potentials through mind, body, and soul awareness.
Fun Fact: I have studied all over the world with some of the most incredible Ashtanga and Vinyasa teachers!
