At first, the hot room was about building my self-discipline. Over the years the 26+2 practice has brought me so much more than that mind-body connection. I’ve been able to alleviate feelings of depression, create long-lasting friendships, and learn diverse ways of healing the mind/body/spirit complex. Everybody is unique. My goal is to individualize each yoga class to the bodies practicing in front of me.
Fun Fact: My daily decisions surrounding everything I consume, from music to food, workouts, even visual entertainment, are all influenced by balancing my Ayurvedic Dosha.
