I took my first 26 and 2 hot yoga class in 2010 during a bout of depression after I graduated college. The mental and physical therapeutic benefits created a monumental shift in my life which propelled me into yogic studies. I hope to empower people through the yoga postures, sharing them as the powerful healing tools that they are.
Fun Fact: I love learning about all different styles and modalities of Yoga, and enjoy learning from teachers around the world.
