I began practicing hot yoga in 2012. Almost immediately I noticed positive changes in my sleep cycle, sugar cravings, emotional health and headaches. For me, a week without yoga is not a good week!
I attended teacher training in the spring of 2019. The more I taught, the more I loved teaching. It is inspiring to watch "the process" of yoga transform people. It is wonderful to hear people say: "after class, I feel ready to take on anything.” Or, "looking at myself in those mirrors has helped me realize I'm beautiful."
Yoga is transformative and therapeutic. Join me in the hot room. It will be fun!
