I truly believe in the power we have to heal ourselves with this Yoga. I teach from a place of compassion, passion, and faith in the sequence and my students. In addition to teaching the Original Hot Yoga, I also teach Inferno Hot Pilates. I’m so grateful for the people (and the food!) here in Austin and at PURE. Fun Fact: I recently moved to Texas from New York, where I’ve taught and practiced for years.

I have studied Bikram Yoga extensively since 2010 after branching out from my Vinyasa practice in 2007. My love for exploration of the body and different styles of Yoga has not slowed since. I was the 2016-17 International Yoga Sports Federation champion, as well as the 2015 and 2016 United States Yoga Champion. Fun Fact: In my professional life, I am an academic research scientist specializing in the study of viruses.

I fell in love with the hot room on my first day. The challenge of every class, the subtle and hard won depth within each posture has been a saving grace both mentally and physically. After taking a break to rehabilitate from major surgery, I was encouraged to try Inferno Hot Pilates and found the strength perfectly balanced the flexibility from my Yoga practice, and I soon became a teacher. The joy of leading a class is a privilege and truly a labor of love. Fun Fact: I'm a westcoast girl at heart and can be found in my happy place hiking in the mountains or anywhere near water!

I tried an Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) class in 2019 and never looked back. After my first class in the heated studio, I made IHP and Bikram part of my routine and now I can’t live without them. Within weeks of my practice, I saw improvements in my health and mood. I’m mostly grateful that these practices instilled a sense of self-autonomy: I feel empowered to make the changes I wish to see in my life. I strive to inspire my students in a similar way. Fun Fact: I’m working on a masters in clinical mental health from SMU. If I’m not studying or playing tennis, I’m reading on the sofa my English bulldog, Wilson, and German shepherd, Sofia.

I took my first 26 and 2 hot yoga class in 2010 during a bout of depression after I graduated college. The mental and physical therapeutic benefits created a monumental shift in my life which propelled me into yogic studies. I hope to empower people through the yoga postures, sharing them as the powerful healing tools that they are. Fun Fact: I love learning about all different styles and modalities of Yoga, and enjoy learning from teachers around the world.

I stepped into the hot room 6 years ago and immediately felt the mental and physical benefits of movement in a heated space. In search of a yoga practice compliment (and other ways to keep warm in Chicago), I tried Inferno Hot Pilates and became hooked from the stronger muscle and cardio results. Currently, I love sharing IHP with other yogis alike and anyone looking for a fun, high-energy and challenging class. Fun Fact: I have a not so secret passion for fashion and textiles.

Born and raised in the South of France, I first came to the United States on a three-months tourist visa to attend my yoga teacher training and "turn my passion into action". Shortly after, I moved permanently to the United States in 2013, and started teaching Bikram Yoga full-time, sharing my tremendous love for this practice. Fun Fact: I am currently working at St David’s Medical Center in Austin, as a RN in the cardiac rehab unit where I also take care of amputees and post-operative patients.

I first experienced Original Hot Yoga at PURE South in 2012 as an attempt to collect another tool for managing stress and anxiety. It was hot, and the effort to HEAR instructions, rather than SEE each posture, was a challenge. But, I went back. And, a 30-day trial turned into 10 years of practice. I quickly recognized the quiet that yoga brought to my mind and body. Struggling through 90 minutes of yoga in the hot room assuaged the challenge and fear of struggling through life outside of the hot room. Fun Fact: My decision to complete teacher training in 2022 was two-fold: simply, I am a better person when I practice yoga, and I am a better person when I can spread peace and calm to others.

I took my first hot yoga and pilates class back in 2017. I instantly fell in love with the practice and saw so many improvements within my life. Not only did my physical health improve, but my mental health as well. I couldn’t go a day without practicing. I began my teaching journey May 2021 and my favorite part of teaching is creating a space where you can be the best version of yourself. Fun Fact: I got certified to teach in IHP. after years of playing collegiate soccer.

The greatest reward of being a studio owner is witnessing the startling transformations in beginning students and helping them motivate themselves to develop long-term yoga practices to reap and maintain the health benefits of this unique system of hatha yoga. Since starting my own practice in 1998 and opening my first studio in 2003, I can think of no greater calling than sharing this practice. Fun Fact: One of my favorite things is curating the aesthetic of the studios, keeping them chic, simple, and a canvas for your transformation.

My mind was blown after my first class, and by my third I was hooked. Yoga has carried me through life’s ups and downs offering a caring community and grace. The never-ending opportunity to exercise my curiosity keeps me coming back. I took the plunge and signed up for teacher training in 2021 after my work had gone full remote due to COVID. I completed teacher training in May of 2022 in Mexico and will cherish memories from that time forever. Fun Fact: I first found Bikram Yoga in 2006 while working next door to a studio in San Antonio.

I was introduced to Bikram yoga in an unlikely place, the gym of a treatment center for drug and alcohol addiction. After a few months at the center I began to see small benefits from the yoga, but it was not until I utilized the hot room after graduating that I realized the extent and power of this practice. A few years down the road and this practice is undoubtedly one of the most important aspects of my life. Fun Fact: You might find me at Walnut Creek with my dog, husband, and brand new baby!

I went to teacher training in Spring of 2011 because I wanted to dedicate my life to the practice that was making me so happy. Since my first Bikram Yoga class, I fell in love. I started practicing everyday and seeing improvements in my body and mind. After class I felt great, I gained confidence, and I was completely fulfilled and happy. Finding Bikram Yoga was like finding where I belong. Since then, I have also found the power of adding other modalities to my life such as Ashtanga and Inferno Hot Pilates, and have become certified to share both. Fun Fact: I started practicing in Santiago de Chile in 2008, and since then I’ve never stopped!
